K9 Advantix II and Frontline Plus are both popular monthly topical flea treatments. K9 Advantix is manufactured by Bayer. Frontline Plus is manufactured by Merial.

Both products interfere with the flea’s life cycle and stop fleas from hatching out in your home. Although the two products use different active ingredients, they operate in a similar manner and both are very fast acting. Most side effects are minor or pass quickly. Either product will do a good job of killing fleas and ticks on your dog.
