Your dog may vomit if he’s eaten something that disagrees with him, for example.  This is the most common cause of a dog vomiting white foam and if your dog simply has an upset stomach then it is usually nothing to be too concerned about.  After vomiting your dog will usually feel better and be back to normal very quickly. continue reading

Constipation In DogsConstipation in dogs can refer to a couple of different conditions.  Technically, your dog is constipated when his defecation is infrequent, incomplete, or difficult for him, or when his stools are hard and dry.  However, sometimes owners also use the term constipation to refer to a condition called “obstipation.”  This is when it becomes impossible for your dog to defecate at all, causing your dog pain and distress.  The two conditions are often linked. continue reading
